Loading Multiple scripts on to SBS server for execution every 30 minutes kills processor?

Any Ideas, i run various high powered scripts every 30 minutes to sort various info out (cant be down) and the server crashes

Quad Xeons, 4GB DDR2, 4x 500GB Segate SATA Mirrored.

Server 2003 R2 x64
