I'm ALWAYS looking for new link sources to increase search engine rankings for my money sites and blog network feeder sites.

Okay, as I’ve promised earlier, here’s a quick run down of how I have beefed up the security of this blog in response to the horrendous episode of hack attacks that screwed up my blog, the database and wiped out 6 month’s worth of posts. Hard to crack passwords for Cpanel and Dashboard. It’s a good thing I’ve developed the habit of creating passwords that are completely unrelated to my person such as name, date of birth, place where I live, the schools I’ve attended, etc. and manage to remember them.

What I have done here is researched the top internet sharks today. What is an Internet Shark? I am defining an internet shark as a person who is an online millionaire, has a proven 5 or 6 figure per day earning potential and has been around for a while ? ideally I was looking for people that had been earning big money online for 5 years or more. I just recently upgraded my desktop. The one I had before was given to me by a friend and he had bought it back in December of 2005 when it was close to the top-of-the-line model. So it was almost 4 years old and ready for retirement. I just got this new desktop at the end of September 2009 and the difference is noticeable. As you know the old one was a dinosaur in the world of technology and it was definitely showing its age. It was so slow when I was running various programs.

Making the decision to move my blog from http://www.courseladder.com to http://www.golfballdriver.com was a big one, and a good one, and it taught me a lot about learning how to relocate your Wordpress blog to a new domain name under the same hosting provider. Course Ladder suited me for a while, but from an SEO standpoint it was not a good domain name for me to stick with over a long term and I am glad for the change.

Just under a year ago I wrote a blog post highlighting 29 not-very-technical things that every PR person should know , which started a discussion about what the new PR person would look like. At the time I deliberately focused on ‘not-very-technical’ things because PR people generally aren’t that technical or they would be doing proper jobs writing software, developing web services and building cool things. Life moves pretty fast when you work in social media, so I figured that it maybe an idea to review the validity of the list.

Blog Copyright is a simple wordpress plugin by the Blog Traffic Exchange . It injects a copyright notice into the blog footer. You can see it in action on this very site. The copyright notice automatically updates the year range as time goes on removing the need to ever revisit your copyright once the plugin is put in place… For example, this website was started in 2008.
