A FreeBSD XDMCP client (terminal) booting. In this setup, the terminals boot a minimal FreeBSD+Xorg system from the local hard disk and subsequently query a central XDMCP server which executes the desktop and user apps. A bunch of about 14 machines use a single XDMCP server (quad core). All terminals are old celeron systems with minimal disk and RAM (128Mb RAM or less)
